Congratulations Karen!

After fourteen years of dedicated service to TAB and our clients, Karen will be retiring at the end of the month. She has proudly worked in our Client Service department, beginning her career as one of the two customer service representatives. As TAB’s client base expanded, we became involved in high-level server installations, moves, and client onboarding, which led to the need for a project coordinator. Karen was an immediate frontrunner for this position. She not only defined the role but also helped shape it into what it is today, establishing clear communication between TAB and our clients so that both parties understand the steps involved in projects and who is responsible for each task.

As our project coordinator, Karen’s role has also grown to include security projects and phone installations. Additionally, she developed our onboarding process to help new clients and new primary contacts get acquainted with our procedures. Karen often traveled onsite to present this process and review important documents, ensuring new clients understood how to communicate effectively with TAB and partner with us.

While we are excited for Karen as she embarks on this new chapter of her life and spends more time with family and friends, we will certainly miss her cheerful optimism, friendly smile, and unwavering advocacy for our clients. Congratulations, Karen, we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.
