Computer Talk with TAB Wins Gold in the dotCOMM Awards.
TAB Computer Systems is proud to announce that dotCOMM Awards, an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication, has awarded Computer Talk with TAB a Gold winner in the Radio Program category.
The dotCOMM Awards 2024 competition is expected to attract over 2,500 entries from the United States, Canada, and numerous other countries. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, digital shops, advertising agencies, PR Firms, production companies, and freelancers. Entrants include designers, developers, content producers, digital artists, video professionals, account supervisors, creative directors, and corporate executives.
dotCOMM Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (www.amcpros.com). The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, and freelance professionals. AMCP oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession.
AMCP judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. Winners are selected from 241 categories for websites, videos, social media, paid media, owned media, earned media, and digital marketing and communication programs.
Computer Talk with TAB (CTWT) is a public service created by TAB Computer Systems. It can be heard on WTIC News/Talk 1080 and watched on Facebook every Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. During the show, listeners call in with computer, wireless, and camera issues. Erik Semmel has been hosting the show for over 30 years, and his co-host, Dennis Halnon, has been with him for four years.
This is the second time in three years that CTWT has been recognized as a Gold Radio Program by dotCOMM.
