Client Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage, schedule, monitor, and ensure quality control for client projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, server migrations, phone system installations, client onboarding and offboarding, security and compliance initiatives, and client moves.

Required Skills
  • Lead project teams in the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects, including initiation, facilitation, project planning, quality control, communication planning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects and project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction by delivering consistent, repeatable project outcomes.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and service is provided to clients.
  • Manage scope changes through client change requests and internal change orders, as applicable.
  • Handle phone overflow as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience managing projects.
  • Experience working directly with clients and technicians.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, over the phone, in-person, and electronic channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to changes in daily tasks and workflows.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ConnectWise, particularly the CW Projects module and Service Board management, is a plus.
  • Prior IT experience or training preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to sit and stand for a period of time.
  • Vision to read printed materials and see a computer screen; and hearing and speech (English Language) to communicate in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
