In addition to our monthly service plans, we offer the option to schedule regular visits from one of our certified technicians. By having a technician on-site regularly, you can ensure that all your daily technology tasks—such as system maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates—are handled efficiently and effectively.
We also understand that your needs may vary from month to month. Therefore, any unused hours from a visit can be saved and applied toward future appointments. This flexibility allows you to maximize our services while managing your technology needs in a way that fits your schedule and requirements.

This model aims to utilize a tool called RMM, or Remote Monitoring and Management, to automate tasks that support technicians traditionally handle. TAB does not charge for vCIO, IT consulting, or network design services. Our Client Success team is not incentivized to sell you anything. Their primary goal is to understand and meet your business’s technology needs, ensuring your IT systems are improved or upgraded to your complete satisfaction.
Once you approve our proposed IT solution or project, you will be assigned a dedicated project coordinator, a certified engineer, and a customer support representative to assist with the implementation. A second certified engineer will be responsible for scheduling, vetting, monitoring, and quality-checking the project once it is complete. You will receive a satisfaction survey to provide feedback on the project. This feedback is invaluable to us, and we encourage all clients to complete it.
