At the beginning of 2025, we established a Client Advisory Board, or CAB. The objective of the advisory board is to work with our clients across all industries to understand what they are looking for from an IT company. TAB has been in the IT industry for over forty years, and the landscape has changed dramatically. We need to understand what today’s client is looking for from their IT company. From our meetings, we are hoping to discover the following:
- What type of relationship are companies today looking to have with their IT company?
- How do companies work with their IT company?
- What is the preferred method of communication?
- What areas can we improve upon?
- What services can we include in our offerings that would benefit our clients?
- How can we communicate better about our services and why they are essential for our clients?
The board comprises key stakeholders and contributors from TAB and six to ten clients.
